Cleanroom fabrication provides an environment that is designed to maintain a high level of cleanliness and minimize the risk of contamination. The fabrication process often involves the use of specialized equipment and tools, including vacuum chambers, cleanroom gloves, and precision instruments. Using these tools helps ensure that the device is assembled accurately and with a high degree of precision.
FuN Lab recently developed novel, safe, and scalable solution-processed synthesis techniques for III-V colloidal quantum dots (CQDs) semiconductors. Our work has led to advancements in low-cost, high-efficiency SWIR (Short-Wave Infrared) photodetectors. We aim to develop wide-IR spectrum image sensor technologies and integrated solutions to drive next-generation computer vision applications, advance smart agriculture, and transform the industrial inspection sector.
Metal halide perovskites have generated a great deal of interest in the world of emerging solar technology due to its optoelectronic properties and a power conversion efficiency (PCE) reaching 25.7% at the laboratory scale. Despite tremendous advancements, device scale-up remain significant barriers to PSC commercialization as compared to conventional silicon solar cells technology.
